Unit characteristics:
1、 Adopting a new type of necked combustion chamber, increasing fuel injection pressure, improving combustion process, and achieving environmental indicators: the exhaust pollutant emission value meets the requirements of JB8891-1999, and the noise meets the requirements of GB14097-1999 with margin;
2、 Integral crankshaft, gantry body, flat cut connecting rod, short piston, compact and reasonable appearance, strong compatibility, and can be interchanged with the old 135 diesel engine as a whole;
3、 Optimize the design of lubrication and cooling systems, reduce the number of external pipelines and components, and greatly improve the three leaks and reliability by using an overall brushless AC generator.
4、 Equipped with J98 and J114 b exhaust turbochargers, it has strong plateau working ability and can be used in plateau areas with an altitude of 5000m, resulting in a power reduction of less than 3%.
5、 New exhaust ejector with high vacuum, air filter with three-stage swirl German paper filter, low-temperature ceramic piston ring and other measures are adopted to prevent early wear of diesel engine when it is used in desert or high dust areas.
6、 The 138 series diesel engine is an improved version of the 135 series, with basic accessories commonly used in 135. It is produced by Wuxi Power Machinery Factory, a large national enterprise.
